Hi Everybody! I'm revising how I do readings, taking into account our off-grid experiment here at Wild Bee Farmlet. These are the dark days, but I've realized that there's a way to simplify things, and doesn't depend on having Skype and full solar power. For those that want a Recorded mp3: I'm offering the Full Reading as an mp3 that will run approximately 45 minutes, but will include a round of follow-up questions. For those that want a phone reading: I'm able to do phone readings, when that's preferred, but for now, they won't be recorded. I'll still offer the shorter 30 minute reading, and both are at the usual rate (see the Readings page). Best Wishes to You All!

Holiday Update into 2016:
All readings are now on recorded mp3 only, until further notice.... Due to this glitch, I'm extending the special for a one hour - $50 - reading to January 1st, 2016. Get one for yourself or a friend! Some possibilities are: A Reading of Transits for the Year Ahead; A Synastry (compatibility) reading with you and another; A Reading with a particular focus (Love, Life's Work, Creativity). Yes, I'm still doing readings! I do an average of 1 or 2 per week, so you can be assured very personal attention. I've decided to bring back the Autumn "Holiday" Special - $50 - for a One Hour Session. This can be a chart reading, a look at the year ahead (or other time frame), or a relationship chart comparison. Sign up below and send your birth data and initial greeting to wildbeegrove@hush.com. Special ended Jan 1st, 2016. I've decided to archive this blog, since it's become such an on again/off again kind of thing. I'll be leaving this here, but won't be updating as of July 20th, 2015. I'm not sure if I'll start a new kind of blog down the road, or not. In other news, I am officially permitted as a wildlife rehabilitator in my state (Georgia), as of today! My specialty is birds, and I've been training for a year, and passed a state licensing exam, so it's a big milestone. Here's a picture of the aviary with some feathered friends....three blue jays. I'm still available for sessions, so feel free to visit the Readings page. And you can still find my astrology writing at About.com of course!
It feels like a time to change and part of that is knowing when to conserve -- and rein in focus -- as well as when to expand. And this next bit is going to take everything I've got. I mentioned in my bio that we're deconstructing a school AND building a house, and I'll be pitching in more, so my husband Sandor doesn't have to shoulder all the work. I'm sure I'll create a site for Wild Bee Orphaned Bird Care and a blog. And I've got career goals that are starting to take shape, and yet are aspirations that I've held for many years. Please feel free to email me at wildbeegrove@hush.com with any questions about readings - or to say Hello. "The world is changed." Lately, I've been thinking of that first scene in Lord of the Rings, that opens with Galadriel continuing, "I feel it in the water, I feel it in the earth. I smell it in the air. Much that once was is lost; for none now live who remember it."
The story of the forging of the rings is told, and the trick on all of them -- with the forging of the One Ring to Rule them All. And then, she says, something happened that the Ring didn't expect -- it was found by the most unlikely creature, a hobbit....Bilbo Baggins. Maybe it's obvious, but this dawned on me recently as symbolic of the authentic individual, the one guided by his own instincts, conscience and knowledge. Hobbits are powerful because they're simple, close to nature and pure of heart. They are spontaneous, and so, are unpredictable. Gandalf later says, "Hobbits really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month, and yet after a hundred years they can still surprise you." If you're an elite that's dreaming of a "final solution" to the wearying need to put-down rebellions, where the real rebel is a thing of the past., you could demonize the loner as a nut. You could cultivate cultures of rebellion that are about tuning out and turning off. You could make it risky to step out of the consensus reality, to be called names, or worse. The War on the Lone Wolf In his article, The Psyop to Neuter the Rebel, Jon Rappaport writes, "Any human being who has courage, intelligence, eyes to see, and a determination to express his power in uncompromising terms can now be redefined as a potential threat to the stability of society---if he criticizes the prevailing Authority." The age-old enemy of the Authority (Pluto Capricorn) is the one that got away, and is a free agent, able to envision a future outside the system (Uranus Aries). Writes Rappaport, "We're the wild cards, a fact which they take to be result of our improper and incomplete conditioning. They aim to fix that." I've been thinking about how censorship is creeping in to the Internet, and how we might look back at the 2000s up to recently as the golden age of information. And that technology can be used to free, or it can be used as a weapon -- both possibilities are there with Uranus (technology) in the sign of dynamic Aries (breaking new ground). But all tech, it seems, has an entrancing effect and there are likely ways (like with television), it's being used for mind control. The tech trons together with the contrived social crises are a tool for entrainment. In her article on Activist Post, Melissa Dykes quotes perennial adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski, in his 1970 book, Between Two Ages: America’s Role in the Technetronic Era. "Persisting social crisis, the emergence of a charismatic personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public confidence would be the steppingstones in the piecemeal transformation of the United States into a highly controlled society." When we see how quickly people react to media memes, we see it in action. On Freeman TV, author Joseph Atwill talks about the 'catastrophic' gender disruption of males through plastics, as a strategy of putting down rebellion before it starts. The bigger questions for our species, says Atwill, go beyond the hyper-promotion of gay rights. Atwill asks, "Is the gender bending that's going on a weapon of the oligarchs? That's the question. Is it deliberate? Is it a damn weapon?" And that's where I'm coming from with this line of inquiry. Not to be intentionally provocative, but to look at these memes with social engineering in mind. I've got Uranus the rebel squaring my own Mercury (in Cancer) into 2017, and am sure this will be an ongoing theme. I'm interested in how to encourage the spontaneous traits that come from that often hard-won sovereign sense of self. A great way is by creating culture that extols those qualities of character -- of acting on the conscience, of overcoming social programming, and of daring to speak up, even if you're a lone voice. Jon Rappaport concludes with:"The ultimate rebellion is against programming, whatever it looks like, wherever it occurs" The 4th of July is My Birthday Old Glory and I are on intimate terms, as the stars and stripes were often on my party plates, napkins and hats. The fireworks are all for you, little girl, my dear old Dad would say. I also grew up with Southern history, not necessarily the symbol (the Confederate battle flag), but in the stories told, and in old timers attitudes about Yankees (the main target of ire, if truth be told). The flags are meaningful, because they represent something -- regional or national identity, and history. That's why it's rather shocking after 150 years to see the sudden "take down" -- and demonizing -- of the Confederate battle flag. Sandor was reminding me that the same thing happened to his country when the communists took power in Hungary -- all the monuments and flags from before were taken down. Flag Day Are there other ways to look at this? Astrologically, Robert Phoenix pointed out the uncanny Sabian Symbol for that flag switcheroo, as Mars went into Cancer, the sign of fiercely fighting for home and hearth. He wrote here, "At 0 degrees, the Sabian Symbol for it is “On A Ship The Sailors Lower An Old Flag And Raise A New One.” This is fairly apropos, given that the Confederate Flag was taken down by the South Carolinian government." Is this another sorbet-colored simpleton's delight, an Orwellian flip, where the "Rebel" flag is the baddie and the establishment's Rainbow is the goodie? Are Southerners the baddies and the LGBT's the goodies? The South was rebelling against the North (and Yankees), not slavery. Most of the Southern soldiers and even officers didn't own slaves, and the planter class often didn't fight (sent in substitutes). What were they rebelling against? The establishment's overreach. Red Ice Radio got into this theme of lowering one flag and raising another in the video - Capture the Flag: Rebels and Rainbows. It seems to me there's a big divide between people who see that there's an architecture of tyranny being put in place, and those who don't. Those who are aware of false flags and those who aren't.
And that it's deeper than the surface players in politics and the "rainbow magic" that entrances. So far this Summer has felt very end-gamish to me, with the specter of psy-war upon us. It's wise to be watchful, and to work your own magic. The brave Laura Bruno has A Call for Reiki, Runes and Responsibility this Fourth of July Weekend. She writes: "Those who know how to use Runes might want to imagine the THORN and AR Runes surrounding themselves, their communities and even over a map of the entire US. THORN creates a semi-permeable hedge like the one around the castle in Sleeping Beauty, filtering out those who would harm the vulnerable, but allowing true lovers and helpers safe passage. The AR Rune brings light to murky areas, casts out ghosts, and shifts things from the Shadow back into the Light for purification and healing reintegration." America's Aquarius Moon The astrology is very fine for the Fourth, and the national Moon is in its native sign (Aquarius). The Moon is also well-aspected to Uranus, Jupiter and Mercury (now out of retrograde shadow). There could be brill conversation under the grand finales, with awakening to see beyond the polarities of us vs. them. It's great for meeting people who are very different, and with a generous heart. I wish all my fellow Americans a meaningful, big-hearted Fourth of July, free of the scourge of psy-ops and weaponized patriotism. This secret journal had a flurry of hits last week, when I wrote about media and mind control. There's an art to deciphering news on its many levels, from the surface show that becomes the mainstream narrative, to the ulterior plot that runs with it. Once you wake up to different agendas of those running the show (most of them are not occulted), you can see these in tandem, and how they are voiced then in the streams -- one the mainstream, the other the alternative current. I like how Robert Phoenix put it recently: "Reality is a set of frames that can be arranged for our own point of view based upon deeply justified bias. No one is perfectly neutral and omniscient, so I am, to the best of my ability, decoding this based upon how I am seeing the events unfold, not necessarily on the vision of the type of world/agenda that follows a party platform or philosophical plank." News Bites I started out in topside world journalism, with some years with Associated Press, the news wire. What bothered me there, and why I left ultimately, was that there was never any dot connecting -- just the relentless "facts" with no context. Similarly, today we have news memes and feeds with no historical context. There's no time for the bigger picture! That could be by design, since "those who forget their history (or never knew it) are destined to fall for news memes." For example, in the recent mass hysteria about the confederate battle flag, the one-dimensional message was that it's a symbol of slavery. And yet, there's other dimensions: that many Southerners were poor and from backgrounds of white slavery (indentured servitude); that the North held slaves after the war; that taxes and tariffs that favored the North were the main grievance; that the South was agrarian (primarily) and the North was industrial; that very few Southerners held slaves; that there were black slave owners (as depicted in Edward Jones' novel, The Known World). These kinds of realities get shouted down when the one-dimensional message is trending. As Saturn Turns The fall of mainstream media and the rise of independent venues is a sign that people want more than hysterical shows without any context. Later this year, Saturn will go direct back into Sagittarius, and will be the seeing eye specs we need to navigate the confusion. Saturn will square Neptune exact November 26th, and into 2016, for an interesting dance of truth and illusion. The truth sets us free from delusional beliefs, which are often revealed as intentionally dropped into the culture, for an ulterior objective. As I went on errands the other day, I was thinking of our parallel history in the South, and where those stories intertwine. And the urgency of telling those stories, so that the one-dimensional version doesn't go down in history as fact. From a Review of "They Were White and They Were Slaves" by Elaine Kendall, Los Angeles Times, Sept. 1, 1985.
"This is a history of White people, that has never been told in any coherent form, largely because most modern historians have, for reasons of politics or psychology, refused to recognize White slaves in early America as just that. Today, not a tear is shed for the sufferings of millions of our own enslaved forefathers, 200 years of White slavery in America, have been almost completely obliterated, from the collective memory of the American people. Who wants to be reminded that half, perhaps as many as thirds, of the original American colonists came here, not of their own free will, but kidnapped, shanghaied, impressed, duped, beguiled, and yes, in chains?" Timothy Spall, a Pisces (Sun) has been in the enchantment zone with Neptune, and like a lot of sensitive water signs, says he's "still scared of ghosts." In an April 2015 UK-Guardian interview, he talks about the film he's shooting now, and his role as a paranormal researcher called the Enfield Haunting. He's talking like someone with a wise caution about inviting specters in, especially the dark ones. He says, “I ascertained it wasn’t a story about satanism and it wasn’t a story about evil, which was very important to me because, purely on a practical level, I didn’t feel like going home and finding all the doors banging and shutting when I was lying in bed, or waking up with a gothic demon sitting on my chest. I wasn’t in the mood for that, you know?” He was born on February 27, 1957, and has Sun at 8 Pisces in a square to a 13 degree Sagittarius Saturn. So he's coming up on his second Saturn Return in 2016. I see shades here of the boundaries for all the boundlessness of Pisces, through philosophizing. In the article, he talks of time itself as something unusual, "that there could be a parallel time…” Along with the 'touched-by-Neptune' Sun in Pisces, he's an Aquarius Moon, with antennae tuned to all kinds of frequencies and ideas. Timothy Spall Film Festival Purely by chance, we saw two films recently starring Spall -- Pierrepoint (about the last hangman in Britain) and Mr. Turner (a Mike Leigh film). I find him "funny-looking" as he calls himself, and also very indigenous English (of the Anglo-Saxon variety). Stories from his family wood pile read like a Dickens novel, with death in the work house and even a whimsical surname, Christmas. In this fly-by post, I wanted to point out his Jupiter in Virgo, at 29 degrees, the anaretic or mastery degree. And it's interesting to note that as a child, he started 'acting' by mimicking the walk of an old fellow in his neighborhood. There's a gift here in his acting -- and I saw in in the two roles above -- where he's "one" with his character's workaday rhythm. He's intimate with his tools, from the length of the hang man's rope, to the viscous paint blobs he turns into buoys on a painting. It's what makes him believable in that role, his physical immersion in the particulars. And why a whole movie can be built around him as an actor, beyond the character actor role. Here's his chart. 'Til next time.... FYI: Saturn is in Scorpio from June 14th to September 17th (Saturn goes direct on August 1st.)
Saturn's retrograde into late degrees of Scorpio is a chance to give serious thought to mind control. Many vibe sensors have written about a disturbance in the psycho-sphere. There's a buzz from the spirited aspects, but there's also something dark brewing, possibly due to this Charleston event. As a Southerner, I cringe to see people reducing such rich and complex history to reactive, politically correct tweets. What is going on here? If you want to look beyond the surface of this, I recommend Jay Dyer's interview on Red Ice Radio. The Mediacracy Do you believe everything you see on Tell-a-Vision? Scorpio is the sign of the unconscious, and triggers and tools used to hold sway over another. It's there in advertising, in these anxiety-spiking news dramas, and in movies and television. Some tools are hypnotic, as they create a suggestible state, and are enhanced by television's alpha state, and drugs. I just heard a an interview with Eldon Taylor, an expert in subliminal communication and hypnosis, who says we live now in a mediacracy. He talked about mind tech known to advertisers, and it's to do with inducing anxiety, either through activating the sex or violence (and death) impulses. Scorpio relates to sex and death, and activating these impulses make us tense -- basically it destabilizes us -- and then the solution is given there, with a product, or a solution. Once we are reacting -- to the latest meme or to events staged to spike tension -- we are under the spell of others. It's a kind of sorcery, because it's a way of managing the human spirit. A known technique of mind control is love bombing the target, and this was a major theme of the recent one-two punch. With love bombing, "The “mark” does not realize that their reasoning shifts from an objective perspective into a very subjective, emotional and experiential one." While this emotional lovefest has been going on, the stealthy TPP trade agreement has moved forward. Read more in Hoodwinked: Fast-Track Trade Agenda Moves Forward in Wake of Contrived Crisis. What's Bedeviling Us? Of all the signs, Scorpio is the one that doesn't fear these kinds of inquiries. And Saturn lends the seriousness to the topic of mind control, and humanity being steered through conditioned responses. Saturn can show us that it's a cultural-scaffolding that's there, and we are living within it, but can break free from its hold. The Devil card in the Tarot relates to Saturn and often depicts a man and woman either asleep or in chains, bound to a force that they don't even know is there. Scorpiocity alerts us to devilry that keeps us spellbound. And like seeing how a magic trick is done, once we see through it, we start to feel freer, and see the obvious stagecrafting. There is something odd going on, and once you see it, you break free from others' dark visions of the future. You can see the oldest trick in the book through divide-and-conquer with mind control imprinting. Robert Phoenix breaks down Charleston, as only the latest in a long line of faux crises, that keep us paradoxically in the emotional shallow end. With Scorpio, we want to get to the heart of what's going on, and transform it. He writes, "One of the things that I have been contemplating as of late is how grief, when it is manufactured, as it is in ALL false flag events, robs us of our ability to get down to the bottom of our suffering and truly let it out, fully and thus setting the table for a deeper level of real transformation. In essence, by staging these events, we respond to synthetic emotional presets and we can never really have a true, emotional catharsis." He continues, "It’s deviant level of control that gives us an approximation of reality based on our emotional interactivity, but it’s completely false and reinforces the Maya of our existence. The world is an illusion because our emotional connection to it is staged at a very high level. Once we understand this and pierce the veil of sentimentality, the whole construct collapses. By refusing to be manipulated by the theater of the emotional simulacrum, we unplug from this world, leading us closer the words of the master, “To be in this world, but not of it.” Remembering Freedom In his article, the stimulus-response Empire, Jon Rappaport writes about the power of individual freedom over living a life in reaction to the orchestrations of the sorcerers. He writes, "If you recall, from your childhood, a peak experience, a few moments of sheer ecstasy, you are certainly remembering happiness. But you are also remembering freedom." He says we've come to think that this meme machine is gigantic, but we've got it wrong -- that individual freedom is what's gigantic. He continues, "Which leads to the question every individual must ask himself: what is my freedom for? For what action? Is it for bowing down to the Reality that has been artificially constructed for me and everyone else? Or is it for imagining and creating and inventing the reality and the future I most profoundly desire? Now we are getting to the pivot of this civilization. Which way will it ultimately swing? Toward the stimulus-response empire, or toward individual power?" Brighter Future Eldon Taylor, the expert on subliminal communication, agrees that consciousness is the firewall for these dirty tricks on the mind and humanity. And one way to do that is to wise up and educate yourself on mind control in all its forms. Once you see it, you spot it instantly, since there are templates used again and again. Right now, there are empowering hits that clear the fog and potentially break those trances and spells. Look at this time with Saturn in late degrees of Scorpio as master classes in seeing through the deceptions of our time. Then there's the jolty Uranian vibe, for envisioning a free future, and one that's from instinctual (not conditioned) responses. And it's parlaying with Jupiter, to reveal the giganticness of individual self-expression. We do not have to forsake our ancestors or be uprooted from the past, to have a bright future. I know I'm here because the men in my line came home, when so many never did. Summer is here, and with it, a heat wave AND some fiery astro.
Maybe that's why I feel in good spirits and optimistic, even though it's so hot, that hot water is coming out of both taps. Oh, and I like this one from writer Anne Lamott: "Summer nearly does me in every year. It's too hot and the light is unforgiving and the days go on way too long." And my favorite, from the Letters of Jane Austen, "What dreadful hot weather we have! It keeps one in a continual state of inelegance." Even so, I find myself not falling into a stupor, but entertaining possibilities of all kinds. And here at Wild Bee Farmlet, we're in the busy bird season, with the new aviary built (see picture) and lots of pre-release birds coming from Savannah Orphaned Bird Care. I'll share more about this when my license is official, which should be soon. Summer Solstice is a time to make changes that feel right, as we go into the Cancer (Zodiac) sign season. My birthday is coming up (July 4th) and that always seems to sharpen clarity about what feels right, and what doesn't. And for awhile, I've wanted to simplify my readings offerings, and have done so, with two choices, the shorter or longer reading. I know how things are economically for many out there, and want to make sure readings are within reach. So now, there's a half-hour intensive, and an hour reading, both with sliding scale. See the Astro Readings page for more information. Hope you're all staying cool out there! I had the awful experience recently of being attacked as a shill and/or troll on a forum. I posted an article about it a few days ago, but deleted it, because Mercury is still retrograde (to June 11th). And even though the "as above, so below" here is spot on, it's too sensitive to share, likely because it involves my Moon (Gemini). It's likely the most confounding Mercury retro experience I've ever had. In her newsletter, I noticed Melody Scott Zindell used the word dissonance to describe the current energies, a beehive of Gemini planets to the New Moon (June 15th). That's it exactly, a frenzy of confusion that leads to questioning everything. This mistaken identity scenario on a forum hit close to home in a few ways, and there was the Gemini buzz with Mercury retrograde, all stinging my Moon. Then there's Neptune at that square angle to cast a glamor or to stir up doubt in general. In the days since this happened, I've wondered about Neptune and how it affects how you're seen by others -- in this case, in a false light. In her post on this wily Mercury Retrograde in Gemini, Melody writes, "The whole time Neptune is at 9 Pisces, so Mercury is squaring Neptune bringing more potential for challenges with communication, secrets and lies, confusion, miscommunication, distortions, deceits and generally not the best time for negotiations." Cursing and 'Net Bullying Because of the intensity I feel about what I shared -- and how it was received -- it hit me hard and I was spinning on it for a few days. My astro-friend Robert Phoenix had a similar thing happen, and he writes about it in, When Rogue Vermin Become Spiritual Teachers and Rebirth in the Season of the Ram. Someone came on his radio show and pulled some chart trickery, then launched an attack "frothing and cursing." He writes, "There’s a reason why they call it cursing as I felt slightly paralyzed in the moments and days after the event." Like Robert, I went into the forum open and got a nasty shock, not expecting to be torn apart verbally. Being charitable here, I can see how they might've put together that impression from the bits and pieces of what I said (Gemini and Neptune-Pisces). But it's a false conclusion. And by any standard, they were hostile. Sticks and Stones It was the perfect astro-weather for false accusations that go viral and lead to a pelting with mean words. I didn't make a graceful exit, and the whole experience was awkward, but that's life. Sometimes it's messy like that -- it's dissonant. There's a lesson in there about boundaries, to do with sharing info (Gemini) -- sometimes unwitting TMI, especially under the intoxicating spell of Neptune, can get you into sticky situations. I'm sure there will be more meaning to unwrap in the days to come, with Mercury retro to June 11th. Solstice Fires of Purification - June 21st In general, there's some strange currents in the psychosphere. Melody mentioned "coming home" to yourself, and that's what's helped me banish the residual negativity of that experience. The big light of the Sun at its peak (symbolically) drives away shadows and shadowy people. Here are two two articles I've done on this in the last few days.
Solstice Ends the Spring Equinox Special: Book now (and schedule later) for yourself or as a gift, now to June 21st. |
