The Sun (Gemini) and Moon square off today, for a monthly tension that's a catalyst for release.... It's the waning (diminishing) Half Moon.
There could be a sacrifice necessary -- of roles and preoccupations -- to clear the way for the Gemini New Moon (June 8th). On this side of the trio of April/May eclipses, for example, what draws your attention? I'm finding that the life has gone out of some lines of inquiry that had a hold on me....
So much is designed to catch our eye. Advertising, sites and meme shapers cast glamours to catch our eyes and hold them. There is freedom in being able to slip the net. But it is a daily practice, too.
The relief is in the letting go, of seeing it circle the drain and return to the great sea of choices. Mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) are about selecting in the moment, and staying free to choose again in the next.
Where attention flows, energy goes....A waning Moon in Pisces is spiritual prep for the next lunation. My favorite time is the winding down to Dark, likely because I was born in the Balsamic phase. Like the sign Pisces itself, there's a flow back to the source, and tides that wash away and cleanse...
