At the crest of the Sagittarius eclipse wave, there's an Earth-wide uprising against one of the planet's -- if not the top -- saboteur of all things wholesome. Sagittarius is a sign of dot connecting to get the big picture. An array of planets in Gemini now makes for bright banter, information sharing, and even having fun at a demonstration. Word play, like in the image to the left, and humor, helps to counter the weight of what's at stake. In the background, of course, is the spirit of rebellion, with the Uranus and Pluto square. What's being demonstrated -- and full Moons are about realizations -- is the urgent need to act on what we know (Gemini-Sagittarius). A light is shining on all institutions that shape society -- including corporations like Monsanto. Pluto digs deep and exposes, in Capricorn the sign of legacies, earth matters, the way we share the planetary resources. Monsanto's Dark History is a spooky read - don't take it to bed with you. I find it meaningful that the company was named for the founder's wife, Olga Mendez Monsanto. Her maiden name, Monsanto, is often referred to as My Satan or Monster (Frankenfood). What was she like? Did she have a lush garden with bees, butterflies and birds? Did she tend a kitchen garden that was naturally organic (like in olden times)? Was she a loving Mother who cared deeply about others? What would the matriarch of this family think of Monsanto's legacy of death and misery? A young Mother from Utah, Tami Canal is the organizer of this global March Against Monsanto -- is this a preview of what's to come with Jupiter in Cancer the sign of women and Mothers? This happens June 25th, and will move powerfully with Saturn and Neptune to 2014. A big theme will be purifying what's toxic, and showing there's no future without compassion, empathy, the protection of the young and vulnerable. In an Alternet artice -- the 5 Most Horrifying Things About Monsanto, she is quoted as saying: “Not only are they threatening our children and ourselves as well, but also the environment,” Canal says. “The declining bee population has been linked to the pesticides that they use, and that’s just the start. I’ve been reading studies recently that butterflies are starting to disappear, and birds. It’s only a matter of time, it’s pretty much a domino effect.” May 25th is a powerful day for an uprising for life, and to make it a kind of party, too. There could be many friendships made today, from sharing a vision of a living, abundant future.

I am so thankful to have happened across your website. I, too, know that Monsanto stinks in so many ways. As a little child whenever we crossed the river at the Monsanto factory site in St. Louis, I became ill. Even before I could read I knew that word and knew it was evil. Also, the astrology and your lists are great.
