Strange Brew - Inner and Outer Influences

This article Stormy Weather on High Cosmic Seas by Zen Gardner resonated with me and key others I know who are sensitive to this thing we call simply -- energies.  

There's volatility being felt, and here's an excerpt:  "The affects in times like this include scrambled sleep cycles, a sense of tension and difficulty in concentrating, low energy and health challenges, emotional turmoil, and even degrees of confusion in our thinking processes. It really helps to look outside for influences so that we don’t lose perspective on the event we’re part of or get lost in futile introspection."

There's the approaching Uranus square to Pluto, to be exact March 17th.  That current of agitation could be familiar, but also bring on the feeling of "What next?"  Some situations on the world stage look like they're on the verge of escalating, and not in a good way.

The sense of anticipation could be that we're on the verge of something amazing.  Like a Human Spring, with soul force erupting, and people and regions finding their authority to shape the future.

Outer Influences 

Looking outside is something I've pondered a lot lately (see the last two posts), so it's a sync that it's blinking red -- or at least coming into focus as a possible factor.  

The outside influences can be tech, but it can also be what's wafting around in the psycho-sphere.  It can be intense emotions like fear, despair or a sense of something that's immanent.  It could also be Earth energies, or manipulations to those energies via tech.  

I've felt for a while now, a sensation in my ears that's new -- I described it as the sound of being near the ocean, when it's windy and your ears are reacting to that.  Or listening to a conch shell.  I've had two experiences of an energy wave, that feels like a moment of vertigo.  I've also had some nights of insomnia and also random dark thoughts that could be coming from the ethers.        

It's often a combo platter of inner and outer energies, I find, as the outer events set off inner reactions and vice versa.  I've been getting the Tower card, and that's one I got before, when there was a shattering event on the horizon.  Are there new, elevating energies being downloaded to the planet?  Or is this an escalation of existing tech that's being fully amped up, to send us round the bend?  Or is it a prelude to an Earth change event?  

I don't have the answer, but just sense something is up.  I realize it's Valentine's Day Eve, so I hope everyone has a meaningful day, with joy and color in it.  

Remedies 

• Being aware helps, and it's helpful to know it's not "just me."  
  
• Sometimes the plans for the day get eclipsed by the need for self-care, or to go with the flow of what's needed in the moment.  
  
• Sometimes it helps me if I unplug, though often a challenge because I work online.  It definitely helps to avoid the fear porn du jour.  
  
• Grounding is important, and I look forward to bare-foot season.  In the meantime, I'll spend some time outside.  Sometimes doing something hands-on helps.
• And of course, treating yourself well with lots of aqua, settling foods, solitude and/or socializing, satisfying activities like Spring Cleaning.
